5 minute Gel Quick Setting Epoxy 4 g manufactured by ZAP. Features: Weight: 4g (2x 2g) Strength: 1500 psi Best use: Bonds vertical surfaces and fill gaps Cure color: Cream or tint to desired color Work best on rubber, carpet, wood, plastic Directions: Protect work surfaces (metal foil works well). Bonding surfaces should be clean & dry. Roughen smooth surfaces for better adhesion (using abrasives or sandpaper). POINT TUBE AWAY FROM FACE & BODY. To open, puncture tube seal by using the pointed end on the top of cap. Dispense equal parts of resin and hardener from each tube (1:1). Mix thoroughlt until color is uniform. Package plastic blister can be used as mixing tray or use clean cardboard (do not use metal). Apply both surfaces to be bonded and hold together with clamp, tape or weights, Excess glue should be removed at once. Recap tubes for storage (green cap = resin, white cap = hardener). Allow setting time of 5 minutes. Item can be habdled in about 1 hour. Full cure in 24 hours. NOTE: For cooler temperatures, setting time may be longer. Close tubes tightly.
